How do foreign actors manipulate information? And what does it mean for democratic societies?
This webinar focuses on Foreign Information Manipulation and Interference (FIMI) and how such campaigns are designed to influence public opinion across borders. The session is part of the European Immune 2 Infodemic project and is hosted by NORDIS fact-checking partner Faktabaari.
Participants will gain insights into how FIMI operations work in practice, how narratives are spread, and how journalists, educators and other professionals can respond.
The webinar is free, held in English, and open to all. It is particularly relevant for teachers, journalists, NGO professionals, policymakers and anyone interested in strengthening their resilience to misinformation.
